Verive

What is Verive?

Verive is an exclusive brand brought to you by Bunzl, the multinational distributor in business goods. This brand was created from the need for clear and honest information on the sustainability of business consumables, particularly food packaging and tableware.

Where is Verive located?

Verive is headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Our warehouse is based in Almere, the Netherlands.

Our product range is also available via many Bunzl operating companies across Europe, check out our map for more information on which Bunzl companies stock and sell Verive products.


I am a current Bunzl or sister company customer, how do I order from Verive?

As a current Bunzl or Bunzl operating company customer check out our Verive locator map to see if your operating company currently stocks and sells Verive food packaging and tableware. You can then order our range via their website or customer service team. Alternatively, you are welcome to set up an account on the Verive webshop and order directly from our online store.

I am not a current Bunzl customer, what does this mean?

If you are not currently a Bunzl customer then do not worry, you can browse our Verive online store and order directly with us. You are welcome to check out as a guest or set up an account with us for future ease of ordering. If you have any concerns don’t hesitate to get in touch via email at [email protected]


Account

How do I change my account details?

 If you need to change your account information or log in details then you can take the following steps to do so:

1. Head to the sign in/register tab on our header

2. Once you have signed into your account the header tab will display your username, when you click on this you will be shown 6 options, select the one that says “Account settings” 

3. On this page you will be able to edit and change your account details

I’ve lost my log in details, how do I recover my account?

If you have lost or forgotten your login details then don’t worry, it’s a simple fix. Follow the following steps:

  1. Head to the sign in/register tab on our header
  2. Underneath the fields to input your email address and password select the option: “Forgot password?”
  3. Input your email address linked to your account and we will send you a recovery email, you should receive this email within 1-2 minutes
     If you don’t then please check your junk mailbox
  4. Using the link we send you you can then reset your password and gain access your account again
  5. If you have any other problems in accessing your account then please reach out to us

Do I need to have an account before I can order from Verive online?

No, when you go to checkout you have the option to checkout as a guest. However, we’d recommend setting up an account so that next time you come to order you can have your delivery address and payment details ready to go. Additionally with an account you can easily find your previous orders, download or print any invoices and save a favourites list.  


Order

As an individual can I order from Verive?

If you are an individual in the Netherlands then yes you can order directly from the Verive online store without needing to put in a VAT number or company name. However if you are based outside of the Netherlands we do not currently serve individual, non-business customers, via the Verive webshop. However we have new geographies on the horizon, sign up to our newsletter and be the first to find out when we are coming to you.


Is it possible to order by phone or email?

We encourage customers to order through our online store as this is the easiest and fastest way for you to place your order and have it processed by our team. I am a current Bunzl customer, where do I order?

If you are a current Bunzl customer then you will need to contact the operating company of which you are currently purchasing products, they will be able to place your order of Verive products.

Is it necessary to enter a VAT number during checkout?

If you are entering the Verive online store from the Netherlands then you do not need to enter a VAT number or company name in order to be able to checkout. However, outside of the Netherlands you will need a VAT or Chamber of Commerce number to place an order. 


I want to change or cancel my order, what should I do?

 No problem, if you need to change or cancel your order for whatever reason then get in touch with our customer service team by email at [email protected] or by phone on +31 365 478 624.


I think I have received an incorrect item in my order, what can I do?

 If you think you have received something in error or there is a problem with your order then please get in touch with our customer service team.


Can I return my order?

As a business the right of return does not apply and therefore we cannot accept returns. However if you have an issue with your order or you think you have received something in error then please do not hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team by email at [email protected] or by phone on +31 365 478 624.

If you are an individual and want to return your order to us then please ensure that the packaging sleeves are unopened. You can then return your order via a DHL servicepoint. 


How can I find the details or invoice of a previous order I placed with Verive?

 If you have an account on our Verive online store then follow these steps to get access to your previous orders:

1. Head to the sign in/register tab on our header

2. Once you have signed into your account the header tab will display your username, when you click on this you will be shown 6 options, select the one that says “Order history” 

3. On this page you will be able to see your previous orders and get access to your invoices

If you have not yet got an account with Verive then please get in touch with our customer service team in order to find details of a previous order. They are reachable by email at [email protected]


Delivery and Shipping

How long will it take to process my order?

If you order before 1pm on a weekday we will process and ship your order the same working day. If you order after 1pm we will process and ship your order on the next working day.
 


When will my order be delivered?

In the Netherlands, once we have processed your order please allow 1-2 working days for delivery.
 Outside the Netherlands, once we have processed your order please allow 2-5 working days for delivery.


Where can I find the status of my order?

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the whole of the European Union,  Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland. 


What are the shipping costs?

Our shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the item you are ordering, this will be calculated in your basket and made clear before you checkout.
In the Netherlands you will receive free shipping on orders over €175.
 For the rest of the EU, Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland you will receive free shipping on orders over €250.


Can I view or change the place or time of my order?

Unfortunately once processed and shipped we will be unable to change the place or time of your order. If you have any concerns or queries regarding your order details get in touch with our customer service team by email at [email protected] or by phone on +31 365 478 624.


What happens if I am not present to take my order?

If you aren’t available at the time of delivery then we recommend getting in touch with DHL with your tracking number in order to rearrange your delivery date and time. You can track your parcel here.


Can I have my order delivered to a festival, event or fayre?

 We partner with DHL for shipping and deliveries of our products and they are only able to deliver to an address, post code or house number. If the festival, event or fayre has one of these then we will be able to arrange delivery of your Verive goods here. If not we recommend putting the delivery details as a personal or business address where you are able to collect the items from. If you have any questions or concerns about orders for festivals, events or fayres then get in touch with us and together we can find a solution. We are reachable at [email protected].


Is it possible to have my order delivered at the weekend?

In the Netherlands yes it is possible to have your order delivered at the weekend. Outside the Netherlands this is not yet a possibility. 


Is there a minimum order amount?

No. We do not ask that our customers make a minimum order. 


When does my order qualify for free shipping?

In the Netherlands you will receive free shipping on orders over €175.
For the rest of the EU, Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland you will receive free shipping on orders over €250.


Payment

Which payment methods can I use?

You can order from our Verive online store using iDEAL or credit card.


I work for a company or with the (semi-) government and I can only order on account. Can something be arranged for this?

We can certainly arrange something for you. Please get in touch with our customer service team by email at [email protected] or by phone on +31 365 478 624 and together we can set you up an account.


Products

Is it possible to have products printed with my own design or logo?

We would love to help you make this happen. Our printed products do come with a minimum order quantity. Get in touch with us today to discuss the opportunities we have for printing your own sustainable food packaging and tableware. Our email address for these queries is [email protected].


Are all your products compostable?

 No, we offer solutions and materials that are applicable in different commercial settings, meaning we can serve ranges of customers in different geographies, with different waste management systems available to them.

All of our products are and will always be fully reusable, recyclable or compostable. Read more about what our product commitments mean here. 


What is the most sustainable way to dispose of your products?

 All of our products are and will always be fully reusable, recyclable or compostable and we make it very clear which one of these applies to each individual product in our range. Look out for our reusable, compostable or recyclable logos on the product information pages.

Where are your products sourced?

Where it makes sense to, we source our products in Asia, such as bamboo and birch wood. However, we also offer a range of products that are locally sourced, simply look out for the locally sourced icon when browsing our range.

Do you offer samples?
